These terms govern access to WooMobile, its plugins and apps, mobile app build services and related support. By purchasing or activating a license, you agree to these terms.
WooMobile provides tools for designing and managing a connected commerce mobile experience, generating supported app builds and operating connected marketing features. WooCommerce, Shopify and the relevant app stores remain separate services with their own terms.
Monthly and annual plans provide access for their stated billing period. Automatic renewal applies only when it is explicitly displayed and enabled at checkout. Forever is a one-time license for the supported core product. Kashier securely processes payment collection; WooMobile manages the plan, license, order record, support and permitted refunds.
You remain responsible for your store, customer content, privacy notices, product legality and the accuracy of the information you publish. You also remain responsible for your Google Play and Apple Developer accounts, their fees, approvals and policy compliance.
We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, third-party outages and app-store changes can affect availability. We may update features when required for security, compatibility or platform policy compliance.
We may suspend access for non-payment, material abuse, security risk or breach of these terms. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future enabled renewals and does not erase obligations already incurred.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WooMobile is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or app-store approval. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months, without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded.
